San Carlos defers recycling recommendation

The San Carlos City Council opted last night against recommending an operator for a new recycling center located in the city, instead leaving its representative to vote using his best judgment and the concerns of city leaders about cost, labor and environmental records.

I just had them remove the recycling charge to my account ! From now on I will pay for ONE CAN PICK UP AND LET THEM SORT OUT THE TRASH FROM THE RECYCLE ITEMS !

So what makes you think that they sort the trash and remove the recyclables?
