Is is "truth". Just because some people refuse to believe that cogar is a man who can not control himself doesn't mean it's not true. There are always two sides to every story. I know what I saw. I was right there when it happened. I am not saying don't let your opinions be known but lets at least do it with dignity. The dash cams won't show anything but Cogar and Caprio beating up an innocent person. There was no resisting what so ever. There were several witnesses to this fact. Cogar also threatened to shoot a minor in the head because he was upset. I think that is a little messed up don't you. So just in why don't you stop acting as if you were there and start shutting your mouth. I was there and oh I am pretty sure you were no where near this incident. If you have no idea what is going on i suggest just staying out of it. Good for you if cogar has never done anything to you. You could be one of his little followers for all we know. well then why dont u tell more of the story ingnorant fuk. the original call was the "victims" as you say it had alot of guns shooting right beside a old womans house and when the old woman yelled and ask them to stop they pointed the gun at her. buy a scanner, duh, so what ur saying is cogar took a gun to a gun fight. kudos to him he didnt shoot em

I guess I was right in saying that you "ingwuiring minds" is nothing but an ignorant biased ass. All the charges that were originally on that person were dropped. He got it for tresspassing which isn't even right as he had permission to be on that property. Second, no one pointed a gun at anyone. no of them were stupid enough to do that. Third, why is it only on person, in which cogar had a problem with anyway, was the only one that got arressted when there when 4 of them total. Fourth, how dare you sit there at your computer and talk like that to me I am in college this semester you ass and I don't get a check I work my ass off. The juvi didn't have a gun when they came to the house they comlied with everything. Coagar wanted to see the guns so they showed them the guns. The juvi as you call him was upset they beat the crap out of this other person and ran his mouth then coagar threatened to shoot him in the head. there is no call for that. that is just plain brutality! Furthermore Caprio went into this persons house with out any notice and ended up pointing a gun at a 10 month old baby. Don't believe me I don't give a shit. I know what happened, I was there. It would be great if we could all stay on topic,but wish in one hand well you know the rest. I have never said Allen Cogar was a bad human being I wouldn't know but as far as being a cop he's seriously lacking and needs a less stressful job and at the very least some anger therapy,little to quick on the draw which could and probably will lead to something much horrific for the people he "protects" and more than likely to himself.

As for cogar, I have no idea what kind of a man he is. I just don't believe he is a good police officer. and of for "inguiring minds" I forgot to let you know my husband is in law enforcement and he was on of the witnesses to the whole incident that was being argued. He was also one of the men that were not talked to in that case.
