HOPEFUL, you don't kmow every thing that cogar does when something is going on and you need help and call 911 and they send COGAR and his side kick and they beat up women that needed help from being abused get real you know that is not right if you are in the wrong and you are taking to jail and then that is right but when you are not and they beat you up and tell the other cop that is how you treat women to keep them in there place you know that is wrong no way you add it up it is right think about it because it might be you the next time..cogar loves the rush he gets out of beating on women and he will pay in the long run what go around comes around.....i am not making it up it happened and i do forgive him because it is the right thing to do
