Disgruntled Customer

Can anyone tell me why I have to be home (or someone over the age of 18) for Charter to raise a low-hanging cable in front of my home...that isn't even connected to my home? And what if I wasn't a customer, then what? The cable would still need to be raised. What was I told? "But you 'are' a customer and we need someone at the residence." I just want the cable raised so delivery trucks can access my driveway...is that too much to ask, Charter??????????

Charter has the WORST customer service ever. Period.

Had the same problem with a downed wire and I'm not a customer. It took them 2 months and a threat of me yanking the wire down to get them out here. They could not understand why I called them since I don't have their service.
