It now comes to light from a council persons own words as Cricky states "it was unpaid taxes and loan payments that prompted Jefferson County authorities to auction the 140-unit property" They new ONCE listened to the concerns of the residents of the way American Communities or SunSwept Properties was running the property into the ground. Both management companies where hired by Coach Park Property Holdings, and owed by whom? None other than the man who left the park out to ruin by not paying taxes and defaulting on the loan with Truman Bank. So no help from the City of Arnold as they never ONCE tried to enforce city ordinances on the owner, they only seen fit to issue tickets to the Mobile Home Court residents instead of going after the real problem.

For declaring how much of a Christian she is she sure has no problem lying, judging others and treating others badly.

It look like someone is worried about an election already and is trying to make a name for themself. Cricky, we are exposing your lies and how you treat people. Remember, you stated in another thread you only represent those that voted in the last election and nobody else. I have the screen shots if you need your memory refreshed.

Truman Bank PROMPTED Jefferson County authorities to auction off Coach Park Properties by foreclosing on the note they were owed that was secured by the property. Thats the way foreclosure works. On the other hand, the Sheriff's office is who auctions properties for back real estate taxes and they do that on the authority of the Collector's office and the court. It would be wonderful if the people writing the story and the people they quote actually knew the facts instead of just making it up as they go along.
