I happen to be in the courthouse on Monday the 26th, and sat in the court room waiting on a friend to except her punishment, And all i can say is it is about time that our county get a fair and honest judge. I have been in court a few times but also ive been in supporting friends and family . And i have never seen a judge more fair and honest and caring.i watched him go against terry cases recommendations and ms. rhoads. regardless of what THEY wanted, and i express wanted not what is fair, judge mack decided the punishment on what was fair.he listened to the person getting sentenced, he understands the economy is bad and sometimes payments cant be made, he understands the word ''addiction'' and he aint out to punish he's out to make them learn from their mistakes. unlike johnson, unfair as they get. one word stands for him. CROOKED. And as for terry case, she is thee biggest law bender in the county. she can leave the funones and drive home, but never gets pulled over.hmm who's she blowing? but that goes back to our county officers, dumb mf...so im glad to see that we finally have a good man, honest man, caring man, in our court system as judge.MIKE MACK IS THE BOMB.maybe now we can get some real criminals off the streets instead of the ones that make a lousy mistake. not just the ones that TERRY CASE DONT LIKE,then gets passed down to MS RHOADS.'' One thing I`m liking about Judge Mack and Mr. Black is their dedication to putting the child molesters away and not making deals with these perps. It`s about time,and it is appreciated.If your a perv,Mack IS the bomb!He just sentenced a man in Alpena that had sex with his own kids,to life in prison..No deals,no minimum.The way it should be.

I disagree with putting them in prison for life.Kill em.useless pieces of shit. why should they beable to live after they hurt children. we are the ones that pay for them to be in prison. i never understood the reason behind ''life '' fuckit. take there life..
