DC is bad..but PGC is also a bad area and I would not suggest living there...I had my share there and moved so I could start a familly so my child wouldnt grow up with what I did.

I never said PGC was good - PGC went downhill the moment everyone started migrating from DC back in the 1970's. It's a complete cesspool...but it's no South Central LA, either.

The perception of a gang problem is simply a media creation - anyone with two eyes who lives here can see it's nowhere near as bad as it's being reported. Same thing with 'global terrorism'- it's 90% crap designed to make you live in fear so that you'll give up more rights to the government.

You have no clue about me..I have lived in PG county my whole life..and yes your right thats when it got bad, and has been bad..it might not be SC LA, but its some shite..and I dont recommend anyone living there unless fighting and drug dealling is a good life to you.
