Suitland area pawn shop security guard shoots at two robbers, police say
A security guard at a Suitland area pawn shop shot at two would be-robbers Tuesday afternoon, and detectives later arrested a person who walked into a District hospital with a gunshot wound, authorities said.

Too much missing information, and this story is misleading.
Here is what really happened:
Two masked men with a hand gun attempted to rob the First Cash Pawn Shop, across the street from the U.S. Census Bureau, in the 4600 block of Silver Hill Road in Suitland at about 1:15 p.m., county police said.
A security officer working at the store exchanged gunshots with the suspects before they fled the scene in a car driven by a third suspect.
Police said the suspects then drove to a nearby hospital and dropped off an injured suspect. Police later tracked down the getaway car, a burgundy Honda Accord with tinted windows and D.C. plates, and arrested two men in connection with the armed robbery. The injured suspect also was taken into custody at the hospital.
The security guard was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
Police recovered a handgun from the scene.
