Police are investigating after a man was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver in Prince George's County .

Because black people, especially in ghettos like Forest Heights, just cross the street any-damn-where they please...in the middle, against the light, slow and easy, take their time, when traffic is coming, when traffic isn't coming...you name it. You know what? I was about to argue with you when I remembered the last few times I drove through Forestville... That's EXACTLY what people did! They walked halfway out into the street and stopped up all this traffic while they ambled across the street on a random strecth.

I don't know if that was the case THIS time, but both parties should have been more careful.

It's about Jaywalking with an attitude. Being deliberately slow, defiant and giving motorists the evil eye. You've been leading a sheltered life if you haven't experienced it.
