Speeding ticket East Windsor

If anyone has any advice / recommend a good lawyer to get the speeding ticket that I got dismissed with no points, please share the same.

Was this your first moving violation ever? If so, you may be able to plead to a lesser charge after conferring with the prosecutor. My son got a speeding ticket in EW last year, his first. We went to the court and the prosecutor meets with you before you go before the judge. The prosecutor saw that he had a clean record, so he reduced the charge to something without points. We still had to pay about $400 in fines and court costs, but our insurance didn't go up.

Here is advice dont speed. u wont get a ticket

I once just talked to prosecutor, didn't even have to use that BS $400+ "unsafe operation" plea and I still got it reduced. Once you get a ticket, usually you'll start getting lawyer junk mail out the wazoo. If it's just speeding (not a DUI or DWI), it's barely worth the money and you're better off just picking the first guy to return your call.
