I can't believe people treat livestock this way, especially a baby horse starving to DEATH. People are responsible for their pets, and livestock. I will be keeping my eyes peeled for this problem as I drive Missouri hiways. Owners' of colt should be fined and jailed.

i have seen the same thing.......boney cattle and horses.....starving for food and water........but they take them away from them and give them to people who can take care of them.......we just need to report what we see and let the animals go to good homes..........
