Short answer is no. Now he is still in the hospital but when he gets out he will more than likely go into pre-trial confinement. As a prisoner a soldier looses the privilage of salute. That goes for enlisted as well as officer. Salute is a privilage.

Why was this traitor scraped up off the pavement and life flighted to Brooks Army Medical Center?Why should we, the taxpayers funnel hundreds of thousands of dollars to put all the medical resources of America to heal this miscreant to spend hundreds of thousands of more dollars to try him and spend tens of hundreds of thousands more dollars to incarcerate him until he's exhausted all of his expensive appeals before he's finally executed.

I hate to say it but this guy will never be executed. That of course is my opinion. Due to the fact that an execution order from a Military Court requires Presidential approval I do not see obama signing it. I see us paying for this guy till he dies in prison. Life without parole is what I expect to see as the absolute max he will get.

If Fox is telling blatant lies as you have claimed and doing all the stuff they do then why have they not been sued by obama and his cronies?

Roy, do you remember a few years back when I female reporter from one of the National Media channels (not Fox) was doing a segment about flooding in a small town? She was in a boat, paddling around and in the back ground you had two men walking through the water which was on mid-calf deep? Not to even mention Dan Rathers bit about President Bushs military service, that turned out to be false.
So to say no-one else distorts a story is incorrect.

Do you remember all the Fox, ABC, NBC, CBS and all the other video reports, stories about THOUSANDS of homeless, THOUSANDS of homes destroyed, BILLIONS in damages, during and after hurricane Katrina????? Well I have just found out that Fox News Channel just made all this **it up and then gave the information to all these other networks, who kept it going. Can YOU believe this **it. One would think that anybody so full of information might know that "lose" doesn't have two "o's" and that privilege is spelled with an "e" not an "a."
