This is bill daughter and I haven't seen him siance I was a baby I am now 21 and i know he his living with his girlfriend mellisa liford. But we call her house me and my older sister jackie and she says she do t know anybody by that name.bull crap because we got papers. From the court house saying he is finally paying his back child support. Hmmm funny isn't it. If anybody from highlands texas know him or her please. Let them lnow this post is on here because I think iy is about time he sees his ywo daughters and son. Thanks
