Wayward N.J. Dolphins Finally Move Out To Sea

Many of the dolphins that have spent the past several months in two New Jersey rivers appear to have finally found their way out to sea.

Is there no way to get the smaller pod out of there as well? There has already been one dolphin death. Why can't the other pod be encouraged to move out to sea? Why did we even allow them to stay this long? Stop arguing about it and save these wonderful creatures!
