Do you really think susan's children would know if your kids shunned them? Not a chance. Her kids are in all advance placement and leap classes. Yours aren't. As far as I can tell her kids are all quite popular. Just because you use a screen name do you really think it is hard to figure out who you are? Instead of looking at this site everyday maybe you should think about the diet you feed your kids. They are what doctors worry about with our youth today.
If you were half the parent you think you are, you would know that moving to a new town away from all their friends in a time of need would be harder on the kids. Think about it. The fact of the matter is we can go back and forth with our own point of views but if what I have read in here is true, none of that matters. This woman walked and to me it's a shame.
I knew her somewhat personally, her child played on the same sports team as mine. Not once did she mention pregnancy and unfortunately for the sake of that baby, she never appeared pregnant. It was hidden very well. I would only like to know how one gives birth in a bathroom stall and no one notices. Did she bring a birthing/changing bag with her? I read comments about the baby being born deceased. I have never met a mother who would dispose of their child deceased or not in a trash can. They have funerals or depending on your beliefs other options but I don't think it's a customary practice to throw away a person. Like I said she may have walked but eventually everything catches up to you. She will be judged for her crimes. Its hard for us to avoid judgement as humand but God will ultimately dish out justice.

I wholeheartedly agree with The Colony Resident. I am somewhat acquainted with the restrooms at the motor-sports track and I cannot imagine how anyone could give birth in such a public place without the risk of someone else seeing or hearing something. I was also acquainted with Susan through her husband's motorcycle racing and have been appalled and dumbfounded by some of the accounts in the writings on this forum. She never came across to me as such a deceptive person. It just shows how we can be taken in!
I am still in shock that her sentence was so light if, indeed, she ever serves it. To discard a baby, dead or alive, in such a way is despicable and cannot be condoned by anyone....including Mike, her husband.

A resident of TC went today to the 85th District court, waived all of her appeals, and has been taken into custody to begin serving her two year sentence.(This person was convicted of Criminally Negligent Manslaughter a few weeks ago)

Her demeanor was said to be as cool, distant and detatched as ever.

I was under the impression she wasn't going to "Prison" but to a "Jail" for 2 years.

On October 19, 2009 Susan Chiniewicz, the luckiest woman alive, will be released from TDCJ. I want to explain to the you why she is the luckiest woman alive so that the fine folks of The Colony know "the rest of the story".

Susan was on trial for First Degree Murder with a lesser charge of Criminal Negligent Homicide for killing her baby in the restroom at the Texas World Speedway in College Station and placing "Baby Joseph" in a garbage can. First she said she wasn't pregnant, then she said she was raped by David Bayliss, then it ended up to be an affair she was having with David Bayliss. All the while, her husband didn't know anything.

What you may not know, is that Judge J.D. Langley did not explain to the jury that they could hang. The jury thought they had to convict her of one or the other charge. ALL but one juror was holding to First Degree, but one held out, who stated "he would never convict ANYONE of murder" forcing the jury to convict on CN Homicide. They were confused and did not think they had the option to hang. We know this, we were there and this came out after the trial. Susan got the maximum of 2 years. She waived her appeal because she knew this was the best way to get this over with and not have another trial, so she took the 2 years.

Now Susan will be coming home, to you, The Colony. Will there be any welcoming parties for her?

Funny, every person said the same thing about susan. She never had more than 1 or 2 beers' never flirted and was very very active with her kids. Now Bayliss thats a very different story!
Bayliss is a total scum. He had is office at his house and he and his assistant were having sex in the jacuzzi and around his house. Her husband found out and she got divorced. Hired a female painter to paint their kid's room, boozed her and had sex in the kids room, what a hero. As for susan chasing him I saw the lease agreements. She had her office 6 months before he moved in. As for the building owner being a friend of his, as stated in the owner's statement bayliss repulsed him but he needed to fill the spaces.
The chiniewicz's know how these kinds of venomous postings affect the kids. Mike knows that bayliss has a young child who is the same age as his youngest when this started. Having lived through this with their kids is the reason that he hasn't posted.
There is a breaking point though. You might want to ask the bayliss's if they want all three of his statements posted even the one in his van in the parking lot of home depot. Those are bad but nothing like his conversation with the private investigator. Don't forget about all the other people's statment. They make a good read.
