[UPS SUCKS]

I was sexually harassed at UPS hub. My supervisor and coworkers laughed about it. It went on for 3 weeks. UPS SUP then rewarded my sexual harasser with employee of the month awards. When My sexual harasser was laughing about it my manager was laughing!
Welcome to UPS. They tolerated Sexual harassment and reward the sexual harasser.

The manager Billy hughes was laughing when my sexual harasser was taunting me about receiving employee of the month award. He got 2 awards, 1 when sexual harassment was going on and 1 after that manager talked to him to stop it. The supervisor Josh Teague gave my sexual harasser month of the employee award twice.

This is hardly a new situation. We, as women, have been fighting this sort of thing for many, many years. So -- what are you going to do about it? Just give up, say okay? That is exactly what they want you to do! It is called INTIMIDATION!

A word of advice. Document very carefully every single thing that has happened, particularly the dates, the words spoken, and physical actions (if any). Present your claim in writing to the manager(s), and be prepared to back up your claim. Demand a written answer. Let's stop this "good old boy" junk we have all had to face!

When I went to UPS Human resources I told this girl from thailand(about 25 Years Old) about it. She just listened but did not say 1 word! Later I met her and she acted as if nothing had happened. This thailand girl working at human resources at ups was the one who was "introducing the ups culture" when new employees came first! She said no stealing, ups won't hire you again if you leave after introductory classes! Obviously sexual harassemnt was not part of this! sexual harassment for 3 weeks and supervisors co-workers laughing and harasser awarded employee of the month award and then taunting his victim! Yeah these people do not care. This supervisor josh teague was also cussing at me one time while he regularly did friendly chats with the harassser.
All about bonuses and pushing those boxes. One ups driver said in his own words you are like "roman slaves"
