Highland Park makes me sick. If their community wants a toll, then their community needs to fund it. They can choke on their greed along with the obtuse thinking that they are so important.

That is insane to ban non-residents from driving through Highland Park. There are a lot of other congested areas in Dallas, with the same 2 lane roads..are those also going to be tolled ???

Just plain stupid, selfish and arrogant beyond belief. I'm sure the shops at the Highland Park Village will validate your toll receipt if you spend money there. I propose a reverse toll gate charging them from leaving the Park Cities to use the facilities of the City of Dallas.

What is it about the fact that the city of Highland Park Does own Mockingbird lane that the city fathers do not understand. Mockingbird lane is a city street, built with tax money fron the citizens of Dallas, we the citizens of Dallas own the street not the snotty --- holes in Higland Park

Yep, and Dallas said they would toll every street in HP so they had to pay to get in and out of their city. Anyone wanna bet HP loses this one?
