Teen killed near Joe Louis Arena was hiding under bus, police say

Detroit -- Police believe a 19-year-old Michigan State University student who was dragged by a tour bus Thursday night was hiding underneath it when the vehicle drove down Washington Boulevard.

First they said it was a hit and run. Now they say the person was hiding under the buss, but they don't know why. Then they don't know he was hiding do they? All they know is that he was under there. Presumably he was not changing oil or doing repairs. Maybe he was looking for a better view upskirt of tour members returning. Why don't they simply report the facts they know until more facts can be learned?
