cps wrongly takes children when theydont dersvere to be removed

My children were placed in feb of this
year by dss in ulster county They were placed in foster homes Angela
bocchino 15 and anthony bocchino the 4th in a theraputic home.he is 16
Since the children have been placed in custody of dss with out my
consent and forced signiture from christina bell from the department of
social services They were promised back
But we have been going to court ever since I have court again on feb
17th The law gaurdian had made a false statement to the Department of
social services at the time when he came for a visit to speak to the
children at my home
Since angela bocchino has been placed in Vanderheyden Hall, in 614
cooper hill road wynantskill, ny 12198 She has been abused and running
away and now cutting her self
wich she has never done at home
I had recieved a letter from the department of social services in
albany saying she is being abused at this residental home
Since the children were placed My son has been also accused of several
things which i know myself he would never do
I want my children home where they belong
I am loosing my home from income being deducted to paying child support
and my son being taking he was recieving ssi My home is about to be
under forcloser pretty soon and i wont have a home for the children to
come back to
Aslo i have been asking for help for my home to be fixed so the
children can come home The girls bedroom has to be done the bathroom
upstairs the front porch stairs
We really need help in getting my children home

Not sure how to handle this myself I have a landlord who wants nothgin more than to make my life miserable, recently i was asleep when my wife left the house and my 6 year old son left the apartment and was playing outside the landlord called the cops and had an officer here I don't know what she said to the officer but he decided he was going to open a CPS case, I am so terrified i have thought about leaving the country because of this, and takingmy family out of this fucked up place, and this fucked up system where one small mistake can rip the children from your home.

I truely feel for you as I hope i will not have to go through this, but the only thing I can say is get a lawyer get your kids into the custody of a relative so at least you have a chance to see them.

Karen: You can't waste time writing a post like this on the internet and expect to get help. You need to get a lawyer. Look in the phonebook for lawyers in the area. If you don't know who to go to, call a bunch of their offices and say that you need a lawyer who can help you retrieve your children after they were taken from you by CPS.

Do this immediately. The longer you wait, the longer your kids are getting abused.

Children in cps are more likely to be abused or killed. And, you have stupid little nazi americans helping the perverts in cps get there hands on a child. DO YOUR HOMEWOEK PEOPLE. Key words, cps + sex abuse, cps + missing childern and cps + death of a child and more.

I was also placed in vanderhyden hall when i was a teen, was abused mistreated and also became a cutter, runner and VERY depressed that place is insane!

Unless CPS workers have a court order (warrant) you don't have to let them into your home, PERIOD!! A judge will not issue a warrant based on hearsay, which is all CPS deals with. Once you let them in the door, you just tossed your constitutional rights away and the investigation has begun. It's their job to find something wrong, they are federally funded. Even if they show up with a cop, don't let them in. He's there to intimidate you. No court order, no entry, no search and no interviewing. The Bill of Rights, Amendment 4 & 6. Google it!!!

I have an ex husband, so I have definitely have had run ins with CPS. But I've never had a problem. Every time it has ended in unfounded. Do what you are supposed to do as a parent and nobody can fault you. Plus, it's to your benefit to have an open case at Christmas. They will help you with gifts.
