Since I told Jer this info let me clear up the shit.
The address was never given as to where the alarm went off from. Here is the archived info from the scanner that morning. All 4 entries are from the same person listening to the scanner.
I heard this call at 7:28am Alarm went off in family room... got a female on the phone and the line was disconnected....call back and can not anybody on the phone.
- okay not sure if this has to with Holly. 7:44 office was on the scene no one would come to the door ...call number.. answering machine....officer was talking to someone another call not sure where this officer at but he clear because no one came to the door. that could be another call but wanted to note.
- on the tape 7:44 - 8:14am there something going on in the back ground I thought I heard woods. maybe I to tired . Prayers that Holly come home safe
- I also wanted to note that LE was changing shifts when Holly was abducted.... the first call was at 7:28 they never gave address that I heard.
The scanner for Decatur County went offline at 8:14am on April 13th and wasn't back online until the next day. The Sheriff was on camera stating that they received a call at 7:27am not 7:30am but he said exactly 7:27am now that video has disappeared. The scanner time was off by 1 minute from what the Sheriff said.
Please excuse me if I am a bit confused over this post. First of all is this something someone sent to you or you read on another forum? It just sounds like JRT drunk off her butt! My confusion comes in where it says: "- on the tape 7:44 - 8:14am there something going on in the back ground I thought I heard woods. " Is that Woods as in the Judge and why Is the person saying “on the tape” I thought this is suppose to be from a scanner? I’m sorry I’m just truly confused.

I've been spending a whole lot of time lately in Decatur County. One thing that I have come to realize is that there are many people who frequent the area who don't necessarily live in the area. I've been thinking a whole lot about the people with real money besides the obvious ones, and my experiences have shown me that there are many wealthy people from other areas of west tennessee that come to the river and have their weekend homes there. I think that if you really want to know where the money is pouring in that you might need to look outside of Decatur County. Yes, there are a couple of very wealthy citizens who live full time in DC, but there are many others with lots of power and money that are there every weekend, and who know the area well. Just thinking outside the box a little bit. Could it be that the big players that we've been talking about for a while don't live in DC, but have enough money to buy protection in that county and utilize its corruption to further their under the table business interests? Folks that own 300,000 river houses as their second home have money to play with while the average citizens don't. I'm convinced there are some major money players all along that river, and it might not be just the obvious ones that we've looked at. I've been doing some exploring lately and some snooping at the same time. Very interesting things going on down there behind the scenes, IMO.

Interesting thought. Maybe it does need to be explored although I see two people don't agree. I thought we weren't going to use icons here but to post your opinion on anything?

I agree this should be a non influential ICON FREE zone. That way we each can just speak our minds freely without recourse.

Yup LW I knew it as her as soon as I read the traveling bit - she is in sales , but she also said we would recognize her posts LOL
Anyone know why Clint sold his car? Was it because he's helping Dana now and needed a truck?
That to me never registered before but with the recent talk about Karen and he knowing more han what's coming out made me think. Holly's DNA in his car wouldn't necessarily raise any red flags with the TBI - or I am I reaching here and letting my mind run amok too much. LOL

I do have a question...since I have been exploring the area, can anyone point me in the right direction of that large estate that was owned by Lafon? Also, what was it that was asked about Smith Gravel Pit? There was something back a long time ago that was mentioned about it, and I don't remember what it was. I've been over there shooting guns, and I'm gonna be in the area quite a bit more in the near future. I kinda like exploring all the places we've discussed on here. It puts things in a better perspective. I've been all over DC, but the area down around Bath Springs is the one I have been exploring. If ya'll ever get down there, you should definitely try out Mio Mia's....i've chowed down there a few times lately. The old furnace is another interesting place in the area. MTO, I have been working in the area, and right across the river from Kelly's Landing....wasn't that also mentioned in the same context as Paradise Island? I think I'm gonna go check out that development soon and see what is actually there.

The gravel pit was mentioned by somebody a while back as something that should be searched - I don't remember who said it maybe HB2 could help us on that one. Yes that poster Scryer included both names in his post about the fridge - apparently it's Paradise Cove though. A ways downstream though if I remember correctly. I'll go back and check. Take care. I'll repost once I find it or maybe someone else here can help as well?

Sorry, reckon sometimes the LOL's and LMAO's don't come thru clearly. Thank you, I have been in my happy place a lot lately. Didn't mean to be snippy, think I was tired last nite and didn't read everything b4 I posted. I thought you thought I was being sneaky or something. LOL, you are right, the shit I have been through is making me question things that I never used to question. I have been thoroughly enjoying my happy place, wish I could share, but it's TMI, hehe...I have laughed more in the past few weeks than I have in the past 2 years combined, so I am on the road to finding the old me, the playful me...and I love it!!!!!!!

There are a lot of items down in the gravel pit that seemed interesting to me. There is a mattress there, a ton of bottles and stuff people use for target practice, but I also found some school books. They had been in the weather for a long time. I opened them up and looked through them, and they were some type of health or anatomy books, but they looked to be more like elementary or something rather than college. However, they have been nagging at my brain since I left them there. I was with other people who don't share my obsession with this case, so I didn't want to dwell on the books. There were at least 2 of them, but from what I have been told, Holly's books were found near Natchez Trace, so it isn't likely they belonged to her. I just have to say this, I had a friggin ball down in that gravel pit shooting. I got pics of me and an assault rifle blowing stuff up....it was so exciting blowing stuff away...its not one of the illegal rifles, but an AR something or another, it's bad ASS! I call it redneck recreation :)

So do you agree with Deesnutz that Holly's name was on the list of informants that John Edwards was selling? Also was it leaked - as I never heard that. Your comment is interesting in that it was better to say she was dead - I hope it means she's alive. Why the family is still then searching though needs explanation unless she is in WP and therefore the family can't know.
No I don't believe Holly was an informant. If I did I wouldn't talk about it on the forum though anyways but no I don't. I believe she is alive and that wont change until there proof otherwise. There is not a single shred of solid evidence that she is dead and there is to many things not released publically. I would be all in on what I believe if I was a betting man and I haven't waivered in what I think either. Even though the opposition is incredibly strong and for some reason people really want others to believe she is dead and even get pissed if you believe otherwise. As far as searching goes the family didn't do organized searches for quite some time but then TBI had done some searches and so the family organized searches in hopes of finding something, anything that may be the piece to solve the case. The point is Holly is not home and if she is in PC that's for a reason and that's not going to stop people from doing everything possible to bring her home and bring those responsible to justice.

The problem with talking about stuff, besides the rumors that get started is that the more info that gets out the deeper the cover up gets. Like when Scryer posted that info. Locals knew it was more then likely true because of something that was seen by people that morning on the bed of a truck which was also seen at a local boat dock that morning. Couple weeks after Scryer posted they had the FBI dive team over in Perry County.
I think its a double edged sword cause people want to talk and see if they can help but they don't want to one put themselves in danger and two contribute to the rumors and misinformation. That's just my thoughts after someone asked me why I was being cryptic. I guess I don't see it like that and I don't mean to be but my words get twisted and I don't like that.
