I find that very hard to believe. When I was a CCD teacher there a couple of years ago, we had children who were homeschooled for regular school and attended CCD classes, also children who didn't attend CCD but were homeschooled for Religious Ed. Even those who couldn't afford the tuition for CCD were not turned away. What are the reasons the child is homeschooled, is it by choice or is there a disciplinary problem or health problem? The Religious Ed teachers are volunteer mom and dads. If there was a child with health issues or was disabled, the mom and or dad would be there in the child's class with them. There has to be something missing from the story.
