Jesus, what a negative post. Train tracks cut through town is a negative? Don't they cut through Ridgewood, Allendale, and all the other towns as well? Aren't they building a tunnel that will obviate the Secaucus Junction stop and cut the commute to NY by 30 minutes? That train line is gold for all these towns, dude. Get with it.

none of these choices are good.
I would say the best thing about Waldwick is the people and the quiet small town way of life.
Will always be close to my heart. Grew up there in the 60's and 70's. Spent summers at White's Pond and the pool and biked through the tunnel under the tracks. Drank in the second field in HS.
Went sledding at the villa.So many good memories.
Played at Fenway.

YES, why is the 2nd field not listed as a choice. Spent much of my junior and senior year back in those woods. Many many fond memories. I am glad that "no one knows where it is " is the #1 choice. Moving to Morris county was like being in another state. Where is Waldwick? It will always be near and dear to me......class of 76
