Advoserv is not good they steal money and the boss knows everything and just gets drunk on company money

There is constant abuse at all location at the delaware sites. Now dont get me wrong, no all of the staff there are bad but if you arent with the ones that are doing harm to the residents then the other staff persons will get you fired and try to ruin your future as well. They have sex with the kids, steal from them, verbally and physically abuse them and when you try to report it to upper management, they ignore you until its too late.

Advoserv, be afraid if you have family members there. go to msnbc.com look up Daniel Rivera he was beaten up by staff they said he feel. but he said he was held down and beaten. just look at the picture and you will see.i believe he lives at the north jersey development center in totowa. Pam Ronan, DHS's spokeswoman is doing a great job protecting the abuser. everything they do is in house down to the policing these development people cant't even go to the regular police like we do. because they say they can't do anything even if you go with a beat up face broken bones etc. if you have family visit these homes and schools unanounced surprise them and look at their surprised faces and at times rude behavior.

please contact me as I have made a complaint about this place that my son worked at..and he had to quit his job because of being harassed..they gave my name to everyone at the job..then the day after he left the job they hired back the two people he actually witnessed beating on residents. one was drop kicked in the face and the other was punched in the face..the one always walks around saying "no hit no hit" amazing that Darren Blough of Advoserv in Trenton did nothing and Diane Watson of the state department has also not done enough to help these people..yet i put my families welfare in danger and my son's life in danger to file this complaint..

that is exactly what happened here in Hewitt, NJ and no one is doing anything about it...i have even gone so far as to report it to a detective in town who told me that they are investigating the place for drugs and everything..yet someone else told me that cops in town are paid to look the other way..that place is paid over $90000 per resident from the state of NJ that is our tax money going to pay for the care of these unfortunate people, and there are managers in the place that use the company credit cards for tattoos and for bar tabs at the Valley View Pub...i have had over 20 different people that have worked there or work there still tell me all that goes on there, i have written to Arnold Diaz on Channel 7 (i think) or one of those news on your side type shows and no one wants to be bothered..i would love to get in touch with some family members...i could get the name of one of the residents that were punched in the face, it happended in i believe early february..my son started working there in Mid October, then left by 3/10 due to the stress after they announced my name at a meeting. the two men complained about threatened my family..a text stating "we have a surprise in store for you and your mommy" was sent to my son's phone and nothing done about it..unfortunately when we called the police they didn't come due to the snow that nite..and when my son changed his number the texts got deleted..so i couldnt' file a complaint unless i got a court order for the text records..that was told to me by verizon...

btw i have emails and other conversations to prove what i say including the state department info..and i was told by the state dept that there is zero tolerance and yet these two are working there, and there was a witness!!!!

Where can you report abuse about this place. I was at the AdvoServ in Hewitt, and I saw first hand abuse towards a young women. I was so so angry i stopped a West Milford Police women, told her what I saw. I asked where I can report this. I was told by the officer she would "Talk to her Supervisor". So I am sure that that was code for nothing will be done about it.

To ALL THOSE WHO WORK THERE I WILL BE WATCHING YOU!!! I WILL REPORT EVERY LAST ONE OF YOU. LET'S SEE HOW TOUGH YOU ARE WITH SOMEONE WHO CAN FIGHT BACK.

I can offer u alot of information on this place ..i worked there for over a year, I have been witness to horrible things as well been on shift while a resident was beaten til he was bleeding,the staff there is by far the worse i have ever seen. I do not know u but i would say ur best bet is to try n get ur sibling removed from this place not even just abuse but the stealing n fraud that takes place there is absolutley horrible,the woman heather that runs the place is very good at paperwork and covering things up. I am sorry to say that the same things that went on while i worked there still happen there everyday I have friends that work there still and they r always telling me the horrible things that go on staff memebers stealing meds,doing drugs on shift it is horrible the things that the residents there go through alot of them get antagonized until they freak out and have a behavior just so the staff can hurt them. The woman that runs it actually does use the company credit card for outings for the staff which each shift gets one every other month and most of those outings do happen at bars I have heard of the bar tab at outings going up to 1400 dollars. Also when a resident has a bahvior and they get (in trouble) if a family memeber calls that day they will tell the fam member that the resident they r calling for is unavailable,just to punish them.

this place has been under soo many investigations, the woman that runs it is very good at her job and very good at fudging paperwork thats why nothing every gets done.Everytime a person for the state shows up she already has gotten a heads up so she knows to tell the staff to be on their best behavior that day,and unfortunately I dont think anyone will ever close this place down it is the biggest group home on the east coast.

The hewitt and ringwood locations. Mostly Hewitt and it's the management that does it.

Where are you getting this information? How can this be verified? It is important that I have all facts before I can refuse to place my child in an Advoserv facility.
