I bought a Schott Brewery beer can today. It is unopened and in pretty good condition. The front of the can says " Illustrated by Highland artist Diana Frey" The side of the can has a history of Schott Brewery company and it says that it is a souvenir can produced in honor of Highlands Sesquicentennial 1987. It says that it was brewed and canned by The Hibernia Brewing Co. Ltd in Eau Claire Wi. Marketed by Sports Beverage company Champaigne Il. I don't know much about this can, including what the value is or if it has any value, however I am getting ready to do some research and see what I can find. I can't, however, find any of these cans on Ebay which leads me to believe that they might be somewhat rare. Email me at rsandife@frontiernet.net if you are interested. I will email you if I find out anything about value on this can before I decide to sell it. Thanks.

Yeah I have never seen any of them before so I wasn't too sure how common they are. Mine is still full. No holes or anything. I bought it in Greenville. I'm from Carlyle. Dont know why this thing says I'm from Bunker Hill. I found an empty one of these cans for sale for like $5.00 on some website so I don't know if being full my can would be worth any more or not.

done some research. most items you talk about are worthless. small brewery or local breweries dont have much value, due to lack of popularity. try old strohs, old style, ab, schlitz, hamms, or olympia. more value there

If you have anything to sell contact me at Hutchman10@yahoo.com
I am a serious buyer and have paid over $1000.00 for a Highland piece already. Many items are worth hundreds to me if they are in good condition or uncommon. The cans from the 1980s are not worth much though and of no interest. Thanks for your time!

. Hello Matin, my name is Charles Schott. My family is from Maryland and I assume no relation. I am interested in items bearing my name. I have found several things and would be interested in authentic Schott Brewery stuff. Please contact me at crswv66@gmail.com if you have anything you would like to part out.

Big Mike, I started this thread and am a VERY SERIOUS Buyer of local Highland brewery items. Some items are only worth 10-20 dollars, but I just paid over $10,000 for a Highland corner 1905 era sign. I will pay you what the item is worth if you send me a note and let me know what you have and the condition which is key. Money is not a problem if its something I want. Thanks. hutchman10 at yahoo dot com. My email is spelled out to avoid spam. Thanks for anyones time if they have a Highland brewery item to sell.

By the way, just to question your statement, if your family really owned this brewery you would know the brewery was in business in Higland well into the 1950s. A family member would know better.........
