Don't think the "I'm innocent" act is going to work this time. First time, he was given the benefit of the doubt, now we know, who he really is. Sad for the family, they welcomed him, now he smears their name with his.

"$3,125.48 from Apex Fitness Center"

This whole lawsuit is over $3200? Seriously? That's pretty pathetic from Apex. He was bringing in more clients than anyone else, he wanted a bigger piece of the pie, and there on set a legal dispute over technicalities in accounting books.

I don't know/care about this keying, HE himself has been dragged through the mud and is now a victim of this legal system. This frivolous legal spat should never have had to get this far.

Madison County ranks close to #1 in nationwide frivolous lawsuits, it's time for people to wake up. It's costing everyone money, not just victims like Jacque.

I personally believe his story and his race doesn't help him unfortunately in this Podunk town.

And his wife has no influence, she does have nice hair, a nice tan, and a nice bod though.

Lets look at the facts:

1. It is not a lawsuit moron, they are criminal charges brought on by the police and state of IL.
2. So someone can steal from you and that would be ok? You would not do anything about it?
3. I can go key up your wifes car and you wont mind right?
4. Mudslinging??? Like putting pictures of burning Apex shirts on your xfactor facebook? Dont recall Apex doing that childish stuff.
5. The old race card, gotta pull that when you can't defend your actions.

Nice try, no one with half a brain thinks like you do.

so if someone stole $3200 from you that would be ok? Can I please have your banking information? Apex says he stole the money and the court system says that there is enough evidence to proceed with a full trial. If he wanted "a bigger piece of the pie" maybe he should have discussed this with his employer first? I don't know if he took it or not but from the sounds of it you say it is based on "technicalities in accounting books" sounds to me like he changed his books to give himself more money he didn't deserve.

So you don't "know/care" about this keying? Can i have the make and model and license plate number of your car please? Lets see how much you do not care when your car is all scratched up.

He is not a victim he is a party to a lawsuit in a business issue. It happens all the time however typically someone doesn't go out and key cars of other people in those disputes because they act like adults! Lay out your case and let the courts handle it.

I agree with bulldog I wouldn't be able to go to this place anymore. When you make him mad by not being a customer of his anymore is he going to key your car then?

Oh didn't realize it was criminal charges ignore my comments about business issues than. This guy is a alleged criminal no wonder he would go key a car that is what criminals do! Again the grand jury determined there was enough evidence for a trial so he is not a victim the people he stole money from are the victims here. He is obviously an immature person that needs to grow up A LOT.

I was under the impression it was a lawsuit in addition or that stemmed from the criminal allegations. I think the lawsuit related to a non-compete that said he couldn't work from here to further than St. Louis, though he waited for that to expire before starting X Factor.

If the case were so strong, why hasn't it gone anywhere? In the years since this supposedly solid-ready-for-the-big-jury-c ase started he has gotten engaged, had his non-compete agreement in Highland/St. Louis expire--started a new gym of his own that's been open for a few years, got married to his now wife, got his wife pregnant, and had a kid.

If this was a larger town none of this shit would matter. There would not be any law suits and none of this shit would have happened. The root of all evil is money. Now who has all the money here?

Actually stealing 3k from your employer should be a big deal anywhere. Tearing up your victim's property just makes you thug punk. I feel sorry for Freeman and Bellm, they actually sank money into this douche.

In most places there are way better things for the police to worry about, this wouldn't be investigated let alone charged
