OK, here it is, out of respect of what this Topix site was created for in the first place,(to get the latest scoop & gossip on shit when you can't seem to find it anywhere else).......
So here's what REALLY happened given by several accounts of inside recourses:
Some Crazy "disabled" chic with a live in home nurse, who lives in the condos behind Holiday inn express, was off her meds, and because of it was way out there pretty hard, harder than usual,(if your a basket case, some days are better than others i imagine) and there apparantly was more than a discrepency between this young lady & her care taker about taking said medication, which resulted in a struggle, a disagreement, and then.... yep.... you guessed it, a crazy girl walking or "getting away" out of her controlled environment & out into the icy cold mean streets of highland to parade around in her birthday suit, and even though in the mind of this poor disturbed young woman, that somehow this behavior was justfiable, as you can imagine, she didn't get to far..... with her nurse, a neighbor, and a family member close behind, and Highlands "finest" police called and on the way, the disturbed young woman was nabbed in front of Hardees much to the bewildered entertainment of onlooking Highland citizens, women, children, & confused horny men (who thank god don't drive green trucks & wear eagles hats, or the girl would of been a goner for sure) AND THAT.... ladies & germs is the whole God Damn truth & nothing but.....`
And u might wonder why this story was kept under wraps? And never mentioned in the paper or police blotter??......
To protect the disabled..... DUH. The End

FACT: For a small little town, There sure is a LOT of crazy nut-jobs, & WEIRD-DUCKS......there is never a dull moment, which brings me to my closing statement, and something, i been saying for years....... THERE MUST BE SOMETHING IN THE WATER!!!

she was taking a bath and freaked out over the water and thought some sea creature was after her..she ran outside for help and in a total panic...this drew attention very fast and she was covered by bystanders immediately and not arrested but confined to a hospital for observation..
