Shumlin is into hidden taxes like cuts in how much the state returns to property owners trough Act 60 and thus raising taxes without saying he did. Same as Obama and the way he raised taxes through Obamacare. The young and the working middle class pay increased taxes trough increased insurance premiums. These dems are too slippery.
