I knew Jorge from years ago and I kind of remember this. They are kind, loving people who just wanted to keep these boys together and they deserve the best. My god, what they have been through. They deserve the money.

DCF needs to be strung up by the collective b*lls and short ha*rs for doing that to the potential adoptive family and to all of those poor boys. The family had a right to know what they were taking in with regard to the children's health and well-being. DCF just dumped this kids into the unsuspecting laps of this mother and father. DCF should be ashamed and dismantled starting with the first clown that okayed this situation. God Bless the Parents and God Save the Children.

Bureaucratic heads should have rolled over this... instead Jeb and Charlie have gone on their merry ways over the years, probably telling their political appointees, "Good job, Brownie!"

I am so upset with DCF yet again. Are they run by legacy FEMA managers.

BEWARE of abused children. Once broken, it is impossible to fix them,. Sad, so very sad. The State may not help them now, but all three will wind up in prison and we will support them in the end.

This is sickening. The State needs to live up to its responsibilities to this poor couple. They have been through enough already. Stop this madness and pay up already and make sure that this NEVER happens AGAIN.

Unfortunately these children may never be productive members of society. It's a shame that they did not tell the parents what they were getting into. These poor children went in totally blind thinking they were doing the right thing. Now DCF needs to do the right thing by them. Give them the money, they deserve it. They gave up their lives to raise these children even after they found out about all their problems. They don't deserve to go through this.

This couple so graciously kept all the boys together! Pay them the freaking money, Florida! What is wrong with our legislators? Kick them out next time we vote if they don't pay up!

Children learn what they live and this is such an unfortunate story. I cant believe they let that monster be a foster parent!

Most people out their think DCF is such a benefit and yet if you have not been involved you have no clue how many life's they destroy. Speaking from been their I have had the pleasure of bills not being paid and obtaining WIC and ultimately paid out of pocket. It seems to me that so many cases fall through the cracks and when someone enters the system with a minor issue they pay for those cases that fell through the cracks. I have had the pleasure of sitting in the court room and listen to people representing the child ommit that they did not follow through with certain things and ultimitly it falls to the parents because a case worker did not do their job in a timely fashion. Just pray you never are part of the system they will say and do anything to make them right and you wrong. Enough on that. Good luck to these parents who are trying to keep a family toghether and the State and DCF needs to do more for these children. At 18 they are gone with no help perhaps helping with college would help. Only my opinion as some states do that.

I'm sure this can all be cleared up with a few thousand pages of paperwork. I mean it's not like we need $24 billion for insurance executives or something each like that

What would happen if we stoped paying what the state says we have to pay??? This is the kind of shit that makes the general public so mad that some will never pay their taxes!!! And some will never help poor kids like these kids because they get to afraid tha if they need help from the state it will not come. GET A CLUE DCF!!!!! YOU IDIOTS!!!!!
