I feel once the families were qualified they immediately jumped to the fact that their becoming new homeowners, now don't mistake what I'm saying its only my opinion, its just they should have beeen more careful and ask more questions to see if there were any liens on the property, it's apart of life, I don't know what could be done or if anything,I wish the families best but they should have been more careful.
