I think that someone should do something about those large trucks. They are dangous. I came home one night and I almost hit another car. I was trying to drive on my side of the road. I was force to drive on the wrong side of the road. I could not see my way clear. Please will someone put up some do not park((large trucks), residential signs on our streets. We need a time sign. It is a problem. They leave those trucks on our streets sometimes up to two weeks.

getright7, you are right. people needs to realize that this is a problem. and also the noise waits me up 3:00 am in the morning and my grandmother can't even rest. Those trucks do block the road view. I also wish that they handle this problem. From High-Point NC..

My childrens plays under those trucks when they park in our neighborhood. I has to keep telling them not to play under them. They are dangous. I wish they would find somewhere else to park. In a shopping mall or something. Just not in peoples neighborhoods.

Most truck drivers bring their trucks home because they are not allowed to park them in shopping malls or at the local grocery store. My husband drives a truck and it is almost impossible to find somewhere to park your truck...forget trying to find somewhere to park a tractor & trailer.

I am sorry about that but they are dangous in the neighborhood streets. Those trucks are not made to park in our neighborhoods. Needs to move them. They are a harzard to our neighborhood streets. They are not small cars. They are to big and two dangous. Need to move all of them. The neighborhoods streets are not a truck stop. Needs to move them asap.

You are right still dangous. I have call the police and they made them move off of our streets. They say those trucks are park illegal and they have to be move. People needs to know they can do something about those tractor trailors trucks parking illegal on our neighborhood streets. Our back streets are small and they takes up our space. Not made to park on our neighborhood streets. Sometime i could not back out of my drive way for them. Sometimes up to four or 5 on our streets. That's a mess. Then some leave them in our way and take other cars and go home to their houses and we have to deal with the danger on our neighborhood streets. Then keeps all that noise and you can't have no peace.Don't let it be a holiday or week end.I say end this problem before some child or car driver gets hurt.

A lot of the time it's not even their neighborhoods. It's someone else. The problem needs to be fix. They makes good money. They needs to get together with other truck drivers and buy their own land or park in their own yards.Or move in the country part of town where there's lot's of land.

yeah well i believe truck drivers should park their trucks either at their work or at their own homes. my husband parks in front of our house. i'm so glad everyone knows what truckers make for a living. they don't make half what everyone thinks they make. if you break it down by the hour, most drivers don't make more then $12-$14 per hour. lol...if they all went in an bought their own land then everyone would be complaining about something else.

If he didn't drive those large tractor trailer you would complain also. Still it's dangous on our neighborhood streets. And when peoples are driving they has to drive on the wrong side of the road to go where they are going. I wish everyone complain so that we all can clean up the mess that they cause. They park beside our roads and at night people are about to run into them on the turns that they has to make.Really hard to drive at nights or bad weather. You know that we are right. We are not the problem the ones who drives the large trucks are. If people would complain to the city more our streets will be more free for our small vehicles. Those big rigs are not for neighborhood streets. You know we are right. People please help clear our neighborhoods streets of these problems. I agree with getright7

They are in the way. My street are already build small. Just enough room for our neighborhood. I will tell them to move that tractor trailor out of my way. Their large truck are taken up to much road space. Thanks for bringing this problem up so we can address it. You right some don't even live in our neighborhood. They just dump it off and leave.

I can home last night and I almost went off the road because the tractor trailer was park beside the street and part of it was in the street. I am tried of those trucks in my driven lane. Wish that the police or the city would make them move it. I am glad someone found away to address this problem. More needs to be done.

Man I saw four of them in a line park on a neighborhood street. I could not harley see my way. Thats way to many. I almost hit a passing car. What are people waiting for something bad to happen before they clear the back streets. I went down that road three days and they were still there. Their owner had left them there. They are dangous.

The city needs to charge them $100.00 a day. And then a ticket. Because they don't even ask the neighborhood nothing. They Just park in the way and wait for a pick up and leave the truck. We need clear back roads. Work trucks are alright. When they park they leave after they do their work. But not those large tractor trailer trucks. They make it their parking lane sometimes for days on in. Any time any place.

What is the answer to the problem? Most drivers work for companies in other states. Everyone complains about where they park and this that or the other, but no one has a answer to the problem. Maybe if people would get together and come up with a answer instead of complaining nonstop.....
They're not allowed to park in empty lots, they're not allowed to park on exit ramps, they're not allowed to park in walmart, food lion, or anyother lots like that. I agree that if they don't live there they don't need to be dropping their trailers or leaving their tractors there, but at the same time.....just where are they supposed to put them? |
|
The problem is the ones that drive the trucks. It's not the neighborhood problem. The truck driver has the trucks. They need to solve the problem. My SUV is park in my yard. Not no one else yard. It's my responsible where I park my vehicle. If I park it in an unsafe place then I am wrong. They do need to move them out of the neighbors way. Their road is not a truck stop. People need to solve that before they take the Job. They are wrong and they need to make it right.

O1grandma, What if I leave my truck in front of your house everyday. You don't know me from adam. Would you like that. I don't think so. I wouldn't blame you. So think about strange people parking and sleeping in front of your house. Don't forget the little childrens in the neighborhoods.I agree also they are dangous to our neighbors trying to get home and the other drivers.

Yes you are right. Some park their large trucks to go buy ilegal things. Then walk back and get in their trucks and leave.
