I live in an apartment and there have been a few thefts of personal property lately, although the items are not really expensive they have personal value and I was upset today to find they had taken my door stop. It is a grey cat with all sorts of decorations painted on it. I believe the thefts are by people looking for cigarrette butts and take whatever they find for bargaining. This type of theft also makes me feel unsafe and that is not a nice feeling.
