Why are we bothering to save the planet? For who? I've seen plenty of people, tearing up Putah Creek with dirt bikes and atv's and leaving their garbage behind to boot. Not to mention the dumped mower, engine parts, and just plain garbage people have discarded there. So why should I drive less, shop with reusuable bags, convert to solar energy, drive an electric car, etc, etc? So the "next generation" can destroy all that was "saved" for them?". I was all for the green movement, now it seems like a stupid waste of my time and energy. Man is a plague upon this planet.

You can't control everyone else, but you can control you. One human impact can positively inspire dozens others.
