People should be up in arms about issues such as these, but for some reason we are just a bunch of mumbling morons we read crap like that and just nod our head as to say oh-um. Politicians in this country through their greed are destroying it. As long as the silent majority sit on their hands and do nothing it's going to keep getting far worse.

Recommendation: 1) freeze their wages to cover all those expenses, retroactively, with interest, 2) send them an Invoice for the amount abused and collect the owed amount, and/or lien their homes, or 3) Fire them..... I prefer the latter. These abuses must stop.

Wow way to earn that 60k raise Howie! "millions" he is going to save us huh? How about you break that down and tell me how much each homeowner stands to save. He spent 500,000 of our money to get Cameron Engineering to consult on special districts and he won't let that report out. AND When you FOIL HIS office to find out how much this pet project of his costs he ignores it! What an expensive effort to beef up his resume to take over Tom's job.
