THAT IS NOT TRUE!! ALL THE MEMBERS WERE TOLD WE WOULD BE RE-LOCATING TO ANOTHER BUILDING IN HICKSVILLE. THE LANDLORD WOULD NOT FIX THE ROOF WHICH CONSTANTLY CAUSED FLOODS WHEN IT RAINED AND THERE WERE SOOOO MANY PROBLEMS WITH THE BUILDING...THE MEMBERS RUINED IT FOR THEMESELVES WHEN THE NEW LANDLORD CAUGHT WIND OF THE MESS THE MEMBERS WERE STIRRING UP HE BACKED OUT.HOW CAN A CLUB THAT WAS IN EXISTANCE FOR 12 YEARS JUST STEAL PEOPLES MONEY AND CLOSE DOORS..LOOK AT THE FULL PICTURE!! THE ATTORNEY GENERAL LEFT OUR 80% OF THE DEPOSITION AND HOW CAN THE GYM OWNERS COMPENSATE MEMBERS WHEN THEY ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED TO OPERATE A BUSINESS IN ORDER TO PAY ANYTHING BACK TO ANYONE!!! I joined a gym on Old Country Road in Westbury 20 yrs. ago (the old free standing movie theatre) and was robbed of my initial $300.00 downpayment because they closed right afterwards. Don't forget to include the theives in Bayville who shut their doors and robbed all of Bayville in the fall 06.(First they locked the doors and then it was (under renovation) you know how it goes from there. I believe his name was J. Kelly. No repercussions how is that? I never received a dime back from either!!

I loved the place and everybody I ever met there loved it too. I was there on the day that it closed, when the wall came down and someone got hurt while they were exercising on the treadmill. Would you have wanted to continue going there, with the building falling down? I think Adele did the right thing by closing it and she can keep my money - I renewed two days before it closed - I more than got my money's worth with the great prices she had. I miss that place!
