A Long Island mini-Madoff accused of ripping off $370 million from more than 1,000 investors, is expected to plead guilty, according to court papers filed in the federal court in Central Islip .

I would never think of being a Ponzi Schemer - but in a lighter note; I was the victim of the clawback litigation in the mess left behind by imprisoned ponzi scammer Madoff.

This mess needs unraveling by Picard and the securitys and exchance commission.I know of other victims.
