Well it's been awhile since I have interpreted Neanderthal. However, I got from the above post that you are a frustrated ****. As are most cop haters, you have probably received your richly deserved punishments in the past, and feel like you were getting picked on. Better to take some time and learn some proper English and perhaps you wouldn't be so bitter.
You have an excuse for yourlack of ability ...

Looks like the tool bag needs to hire a lawyer. Cough up some money to help the esquire pay off student loans.

If what you say is true regarding the sleep apnea, he shouldn't be driving in the first place. After he gets hit with lawyers fees, court costs, fines, probation, and insurance premiums, your brother will be needing you for a ride sweetheart.

Hey you know what ??? This man could have been out and only had a few drinks, just like the critical people Posting on here... He also could have thought that he could have been impaired, yet he was'nt, but there's no way to know... Your brain is not equipped for BAC levels.... So this appears to be a case where he was afraid would happen if he was .05... There's no room for error, and the D.A. gets stuck with this mess, which she'll screw this man another way... Pretty sad !!!

He did notice the police car and other police officers down the road but none of them waved him down or said anything to him so how was he suppose to know he hit somebody? Also we just discovered he had sleep apnea due to this. Many see this this as an accident, including the police. In fact, they said it wouldnt even be news worthy if it was just some random pedestrian but since it was a cop it has to be all over the news. The media is a bunch a **** lies that will do anything for a story even if it means it'll ruin your reputation.
Your loyalty to your brother is very courageous, but if that's what he told you, it makes no sense at all. Besides being a lousy driver he is a pathetic liar, see what the court system does to his story.

The driver only clipped the Officers arm,,,,,but he did'nt have to see the Officer and possibly thought he clipped a car... This is minor and the officers fine....The excuse was'nt drinking and it was dark and foggy, so that's in play here !!!

A clip in the arm won't break the vehicle's mirror. Your entire family is pittiful. I'm glad brother is going to lose his license and insurance, because all you can do is make excuses. Face it, you're losers.

Sir ! I always felt you were a decent man, and to tell you the truth, im happy that the man was'nt drunk and the officer is'nt hurt serious... He obviously did something wrong driving... I hope he gets fined and learns a huge lesson... I do not know his criminal record, if any ... If it's clean ? I wish the minimum !!!

Interesting how it takes a PO being hit to get a response.

John Q Citizen gets hit and it's "bad for business" to even investigate.

PITIFUL!
