No this is not spam. It is an opinion. I love it when people put their opinions out there for other people. If she was advertising she would be posting prices & everything else. Your welcome tattoomama! I guess it's OK to tell everyone how much a salon sucks....but not let everyone know when there is a decent one in town. Every girl knows how hard it is to find a good place to a good cut and color.
