I know of a person that is very kind and caring that had thyroid surgery last year by Dr.Locke after the surgery he spoke with the family and told them the patient was doing great and would be moved to a room soon come to find out the patient ended up in critical care for 2 days Dr.Locke dodnot let the family know anything about that the family had to find the patient on their own 4 days later the patient got to go home which was suppose to be an overnite stay, saw the doctor for regular check ups and was told each time every thing was healing fine, 3 months later he done a scope on her to check patients vocal chords and said everything was great and all would be normal again in about a week Wrong! the patient saw a doctor in winston in november went through several test and was told that it was vocal chord paralysis the doctor in winston has operated on the patient a couple of times to try to improve breathing problems needless to say the patient now has a trach the family has contacted several attorneys but no-one will take the case because the doctor said vocal chord damage was a risk but they will heal on their own in a couple of weeks this patient is still having difficulties and has not healed, can anybody help some one that really deserves it

I suggest you look up on the internet "medical mal-practice" attorney. because the settlements won are usually large, lawers will come here if your case sounds good to them Im checing one now, will post if they can help me. there are a lot of those attoneys listed, usually you send them your info and they decide if they can help or not. dont give up, just find a greedy good mal-practice lawer

TO: HORRIFIED, hi, i think it would be a good idea if we ex-change emails in case we can help each other with our problem with Dr. Locke. you can click my screen name and get my email, then just drop me a line and then i will have yours. i am not going to let him get away with what he has done to me.

Hey Scott Winkler I had the same surgery months ago. He did the same thing and I had to go to new Dr. How did your surgery try out? Mine was awful. Painful emotionally and physically.
