Doe anyone know if there are any yoga classes being offered in Hickory or in the surrounding areas?

believe the highland rec center in hickory offers some free classes. they offer step classes, abs and toning and a few more for free. have exercise equipment there too and jazzercise is also there but you have to pay for that class.
