All of you people are prejudging this man without knowing the facts. The Facts are that the parents of these children are drug abusers, try to sell their food stamps to buy their drugs, which is a federal offense. Just a couple of days before, these children's mother tried to get the daughter of Mr Fountain, who lives a few houses down, from Mr. Fountain, to buy her food stamps and she told her she does not need food stamps to buy her groceries. Mr. & Mrs. Fountain give them candy whenever they go to their house. Sounds to me like the mother is just trying to support her drug habit and maybe put this girl up to this. So people, think before you judge. This could happen to you with one of your children's friends.

Excuse me? I do have the facts. Evidently you don't. I am his daughter and my sister was there when all of this went down. People that really do know my father knows he would never do anything like this. He has never touched any of his four daughters nor his grandchildren inapproiately. You want another fact. The mother of these children had just asked my father for $100.00. Usually it is $20.00 and he told her no. My father does not drive anywhere and is always in his house or sitting on his porch. These kids always just walk into my parents home bothering them. The 10 year old is not the innocent child you think either. The truth will come out and once they really get to know the the reputation and character of the people filing these charges my father's name will be cleared. God does not sleep.

Thank you!! You are so dead on. People out there do not have the facts. I am one of the daughter's of Mr. Fountain. This family lives in back of my mom and dad's home. Neither my mom nor dad drive and are always home, together. These kids always just walk into my parent's home and ask for money and candy. My mom and dad feels sorry for these kids so they sometimes oblige. Their mother is always asking my dad for $20.00 here or there and had just asked my dad for $100.00 and he told her no. They are drug addicts, don't work and live on food stamps. She even tried to sell her food stamps to my sister to get money on that same day. On that day my sister was at my parent's house when the kids came over and were bugging my dad for money. My sister told them they had to leave. The so called inapproprate touch was when my dad put his hand on the back of one of the girls to nudge her out of his way so he could sit down to watch his football game. After my sister left, those kids came back to my parents, bugging my dad again saying that their mom needed money to have a birthday party and my dad told them no again. Evidently that white trash got mad and decided she would get them back by making up a lie and putting these kids up to. And the 10 year old is not as innocent as you all think. She may be 10 but she is far more mature than you all know. The truth and facts will come out and my parent's name will be cleared. Just goes to show that if you feed a wild animal once they keep coming back for more and then will bite your hand when you don't feed them. I guess you should be careful of who you extend a helping hand to.

I don't know any of the parties but if he is guilty then he MUST pay for it...If it turns out that the mother coerced the child to lie for spite and money then she should be procecuted. The child needs to be checked carefully. She may have been violated and if not Mr. Fountain then who. If she has been touched then the guilty should be brought to justice. "Though shall not judge..." The truth always comes out in the end... and it is possible that the mother is placing false accusations against him(Mr. Fountain)... There are others in the news today who have done worse to their children for drugs. All I am saying is lets make sure he is guilty before we cruify him. If he is then shame on him and warm up the chair.

First of all, June Drone is either talking about another "Michael Fountain" or she is someone that needs to have the common courtesy to not put her two cents in on something she knows nothing about. The Michael Fountain involved in this matter has no children. The parents of his victims live nowhere near his house. If they did they would not be on food stamps. Justice is coming soon. I rest at night knowing that Prison for the rest of his life will be like Club Med when he faces the Judgment of God.
