Oak Park is "super max" the federal government rents room there for some of its worst prisoners... the killer in this case was in Shurburn Co. for court on a murder of a fellow inmate! real bright of the cops in this one (again, the cops can do anything because nobody holds them accountable)<quoted text>
Isnt Oak Park Heights a facility for "White Collar Criminals"?
I can see where the Professionals had no reason to suspect that wasnt he just your run-of-the-mill criminal.
Placing him in a Fish bowl with 10 to 20 other common criminals (NO proof of insurance offenders for example) seems reasonable management to me.
As a transferee from the White Collar Prison at Oak Park Heights, the worst a professional could expect from him was that he would complain about the slop.
Plauseable deniability applies here.
Er, Wait a minute.
Oak Park heights isnt the Most secure facility in Minneeeesota for the most dangerous prisoners is it? Then surely a transferee from there, would not be placed in a cell with a local boy that was sitting in the local County Prison on a charge that is a misdemeanor traffic offense.
I am so confused. It would be helpful if there was a media source not reluctant to investigate this situation. For some reason the Local media sources "run" from investigating and reporting on this County Prison.

Why do some of these guards responsible in his transfer hav jobs still? Maybe they should be charged with neglect & aiding this homicidal lunatic in murder. The people who tranfered this man are fully responsible in this murder.

This has nothing to do with immigrants, it's about stupid power tripping white men who are resposible for putting a man in lock up with a killer. |

It's a "prison", big difference than "jail" Not to mention the guy was being held in "jail" waiting to see a judge about another assult case on a a fellow "prisoner". |

this will probably become even more common when 'primary seat belt' law passes.

It isnt a jail it is a Federal Prison passing itself off as a county jail. We have huge problem out here. This County Prison is ever expanding and it seems that no politician will step up to stop it. And the Local media is in fear of something too. Nobody will report on who, what, when, where, why, and how this revenue generator grew from a County Jail to a Federal Prison. It is a huge Cash Cow for the Government eployees intheCounty that houses all sorts of felons waiting for transfer to permanent home prisons. This killer was with the traffic law offender because the County mixes the locals in with the federal, and state dangerous felons. The 18 year old kid with a traffic offense is sharing space with a convicted felon, getting ready to do serious time...even life in prison. It isnt just about the traffic offender sentenced to death for no proof of insurance....this was always going to happen some day. I was being sarcastic about the white collar prison at Oak Park Heights. Nobody at the county did anything unusual with this guy. It is how it is done at Sherburne County.... it costs revenue to have separate facilities for locals. "If they dont want to be in prison, dont commit a crime" Fascists!! |

Hey Consistant, I see your using your name again, sometimes. well I kind of agree with you this time, with a couple of differences. This jail problem is state wide. the fedral system pays county jails to house prisoners. they make a ton of money, and the majority of county jails do it. It is a horrible system. I do agree that this was a problem with the jailers. They should have seen somebody pulling a pipe off the wall. dont see how you could miss that. As far as bad "cops", jailers are not cops, and dont require any of the schooling that cops have. They are not sworn and they do not have arrest athority. Mabey you will like them better now Consistant. As far as the transfering deputies, they did their job, it was the housing deputies that didnt take the time to read the reports. My 2 cents |

How about throw some of the cops AND the sheriff behind bars and see how they like it?? Don't think I'll ever visit Sherburn County. Wouldn't want to buy anything there, which the county would get a small percent of it from taxes. BOYCOTT THE COUNTY!!!!!
Moyle shouldn't even have been in jail for not having proof of insurance. I do hope the family wins their lawsuit and puts the county into VERY deep money troubles. Hence why I say boycott. So they don't get any money from sales tax. |
