I just came on here to vent ... Does anyone hate Windstream as much as I do? No other phone svc in the country can screw things up as badly as they can. If you move and CX svc, they keep billing you for your old number, freely admit that they show where you called a month or more ahead of time to arrange for shut-off, but the order never went through. Then, you get another bill for the same month and someone else says they "We no longer pro-rate our bills, so even if you called in 3 weeks ahead to cancel svc, you'll still be billed for the whole month! Go online to set up an acct to view & pay new bills and it won't take ANY password ... follow instructions, 8 alpha & at least 1 numeric digit but it won't accept anything! Contact online Chat and they just tell you to call customer svc in the morning. And each time someone answers saying, "Thank you for choosing Windstream", I want to scream: "Like I had any F'ing CHOICE"! There, I feel better now that that's off my chest. Now I'm off to the freezer for a pint of "Cherry Garcia".:)

vent some more windstream has locked down the service for the internet, cell phones made land lines out dated.
they have no competion just like comcast.

no, but i tried wireless an for that region it was kinda like the old days with tv. got to hunt the signal.
thats the reason windstream got that region locked down.
