Could have been much worse. Next week Rabun Gap. This is their first year to have a football team. I smell a victory coming. If we get beat by a first year team they should fire the coach after the game. Before he throws another girl fit and says he doesn't want to ride home with the team like he did last week.

No the week before when they played the Christian school that had only won three games in the last three years. After that loss, the Coach,(keeping it positive) said he didn't want to ride home with the players because of the way they played.
Classic 8 year old girl fit. Classic example of how TC coaches act and get away with it in all sports. Classic example of why more kids don't play sports in TC.
He did ride home with them after his little fit. This week I think he was too busy scrubbing that butt whipping off to say much.

I know we are a small school and can't afford alot. So forget getting a new head coach.
I would bring Coach Ellis back. The kids say they just go thru the drills and just go thru the motions. They are not motivated or excited. We need Coach Ellis back. Ask the kids. I have heard it from alot of them.

Signed.

Maybe if your kid stopped dropping passes and quit getting burned for touchdown after touchdown we would win a few. Whatcha think about that Seabiscuit?

I think you focus an awful lot on my family and I. Border line stalkerish, in fact. I hate to burst your bubble but football mom wasn't me. I am not afraid to use my name and stand behind what I say... remember- I mean you claim to know me so well. As far as my son goes, thanks for your support but rest assured, he could go up against you any day of the week and I am sure you would get chewed up and spit out before you knew what hit you. I personally do believe Coach Ellis was a huge asset to the team but I believe the head coach is as well. He is first and foremost, a good role model. Secondly, he teaches them that when they do lose, to do it with grace and dignity. They came within 3 points on a couple of really tough games. They are a much improved team over the past couple of years and I know they will come out of this season with at least 3 wins. You, on the other hand, better get to your shuffle board tournament. And don't run..... we wouldn't want you to fall and get a boo-boo that you go on and on about the risk of with football. As far as me, call me all the names you want.... I feel sure I could take you on in a beauty pageant any time and come out on top and I haven't even seen you; but your ugliness and coward ways show through the computer screen. Oh, and be sure to put the bit in the right end when you are tacking up. That could hurt a little, jackass.

I researched the term Role Model. Nowhere did I find, Physically and mentally abusive toward children, Hitting children in the eye, hitting children in the mouth, slamming children face first into lockers, slamming children face first into the ground, showing unrated vulgar, pornographic movie to 10 year olds, chewing tobacco on school campus, allowing children to chew tobacco in their presence and battery listed as examples of "being a good role model."
Perhaps you could direct me to the reference material you used to for that opinion.
You state they are a much improved team. Without your role model?

First, you need to consider the source. For those of us who have known ol Seabiscuit a long time, Good Judgement is not a descriptive term that comes to mind.
Second, you were kind and left a few character traits off your list.
Third, your point about the team being declared better without the services of the person in question, is a good one. From what I have observed the team is no different than it was the past three or four years.
Finally, to down play the reality of the possible life longs injury to kids who play football is simple whistling as you walk past the grave yard.

Seriously? Are you all adults? No couldn't be or you would be better role models? Have you ever stopped to think that you attract what you are? Who wants to come to your school the way you act? You are raising your kids to be just like you. Loud redneck degenerates. Smoking and chewing is a think of the past and needs to be for all. Set some guidelines and follow them.
Grow up adults and come up with a way to improve the program not slander and bring it down. Towns county is too nice of area for you to slam it. Pick your heads up and act like civilized human beings instead of honey boo boo degenrates. Alot can change. The love of god and following his workd changed everything.
