Not only Bush, he was also endorsed by congressman Diaz-Balart. Experience and proven leadership, Miami-Dade needs someonelike Julio Robaina. Check his commitments and pledge for mayor of MD.

Jeb Bush must truly think the voters here are stupid but than again .
I voted today and was happy to see lot's of non Cubans voting.

"According to a state administrative complaint, Robaina received a check for $10,267.88 from Lopez-Diaz's insurance company on October 15, 1992, to cover repair of the property's roof, damaged by Hurricane Andrew. The complaint alleges that "without the knowledge or consent of the owner, respondent Julio A. Robaina endorsed the owner's name to the insurance check and deposited it into respondent's escrow account."

A year later, Lopez-Diaz fired Robaina and reported him to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. When a state investigator delivered a subpoena on November 5, 1993, for Robaina's escrow and property management records, "respondent produced some fragmentary bank statements and cancelled checks... but did not produce all the records directed by the subpoena," the complaint claims. On December 10, Robaina gave Lopez-Diaz's new property manager a check for $10,267.88.

The department's investigation determined Robaina had committed ten violations of Florida's administrative code, including dishonest dealing, failing to maintain trust funds, and failing to comply with a subpoena. On July 18, 1994, Robaina signed a stipulation agreement that required him to pay a $2,000 fine"

"he was also endorsed by congressman Diaz-Balart"

lol now there is a real hypocrite. A farce who screams about term limits but lives in office.

"Experience and proven leadership"

Have you ever been out of Miami-dade other than Cuba?

"Check his commitments and pledge for mayor of MD"

I pledge to cure every disease if you elect me. That is as credible as Julio Robaina.
Do you work for Robaina because your post is absurd?

However he might win here in Miami-dade and it would not surprise anyone who knows this place.

If Jeb supports him, he must be as crooked at the day is long.

Hey Jeb, How's your no show "consultant" job at Lehman Brothers going? I hope you're carefully watching the nearly $1 billion of Florida's investment funds you personally directed to Lehman Bros prior to leaving the Governor's mansion. What? They're both gone!

What a surprise. Florida lost a billion but you personally banked a healthy 7 figures off the deal. No wonder the Cubans love you. You're just a natural thief just like them

You would be shocked and saddened how many will blindly dance for Jeb Bush here.

The fact that he endorsed "same ole same ole" banana guard is a reflection of the total lack of respect he has for them.

I for one was against removing Alvarez because it will just be changing of the guard.

I will say that I have more respect for voters here who continue this assembly line of self serving and/or corrupt Miami-dade politicians than the countless piles of dead weight who rather complain than vote.

I did see lot's of different groups and ages (younger voters) voting today and that is a good sign.

I think we've seen how things change along this elections. Voters are rejecting the negative campaign attacks and strongly supporting Robaina's message of effective leadership to bring reform to Miami-Dade. From false allegations and statements to 44% support among voters that have already cast their ballots.
