average americans should be smart enough to go to a pharmacy and get precsription drugs,(other than narcotics) without needing to make an appointment to see a doctor first and then pay him to do all kinds of lab tests, and have to get approval for inflated insurance bills, before finally getting the common cold medicine that you could have used days earlier. In Mexico, you would simply go to Walmarts Pharmacy or any other, and get your medicine (other than narcotics) without involving extra time and money for Doctors, Labs, Hostipal ERs and Insurance Companys and prescriptions.
