Waco City Council to address smoking ordinance, eliminating alley trash bins

The Waco City Council tonight will attempt to extinguish smoldering controversies over tobacco and trash.

Don't forget sex. We got to put state regulations on sex. HPV, AIDS, and other STDs are a public health crisis. People with any forms of STD's should be made to register with a national safe sex registry which can be accessed by the public for a nominal fee.
Then because of the population crisis we should make people have to get a parenting license. That way we can regulate how many children a household can have according to income and certain health standards. Anyone found having unprotected intercourse or being pregnant without a license would be subjected to ... forced abortions, fines up to but not exceeding 25,000 dollars, and a maximum 5 year prison sentence.
We should also regulate what "types" of public displays of affection are appropriate, so as not to offend anyone at any time regardless of sexual orientation. And..........

Maybe they should close down the bars completely that way a ban is not needed. Drinking alcohol only leads to promiscuous sex which leads to deadly STD's.
