Victorville, CA

The citizens of Adelanto and Victorville were convinced to vote for Measure V in part to open a new high school in Adelanto, thereby relieving the stress to the Victorville schools. Adelanto, after 50 years of paying taxes for Victorville schools, would finally have their own high school. Measure V will cost the taxpayers in Adelanto and Victorville an increase in their taxes for 30 years. If the district does not open the school, can the citizens file a class action suit against the district?
