State confirms swine flu in boy's death

School officials say they are following state's recommended procedures. The Pennsylvania Department of Health confirmed Tuesday that a 5-year-old Adams County boy is Pennsylvania's first swine flu-related pediatric death.

With all the swine flu I find it hard to believe more schools as well as businesses don't have plans. I know business can even get a break on their insurance. I found a great website that not only has plans but also a great deal of information. Check out www.pandemicsupport.com

My heart and prayers go out to this family.
God bless that little boy.I have a 6 year old and my heart sank when i read this,Can't even imagine what the poor parents are going through...God bless you ....

Unless he was high risk , which they have stated he had no underlying medical conditions, I doubt he had both series of shots.
The vaccine is supposedly most effective after the second dose.
It takes 5 weeks for your body to produce antibodies after the initial H1N1 vaccine.
Tell me when this thread is updated!
