I saw both the HBO autopsy and the recent on TrueTV. There is so much evidence that points to Joanne murdering Bobby in the coldest blood.
When I saw what that poor man looked like when exhumed in 1993, on the HBO Autosy with Dr. Micheal Baden, his postmortum image haunts me to this day, the physical pain he suffered is there on his face. Death is never a pretty sight but what a handsome man he was and still could be. My heart dropped when I further studied that case to know how much love and trust he had for Joanne and all along he was being murdered by her. All for money! I agree for some way to investigate her first husbands death. I saw that as being very suspicious! For all of the Joanne friends, evil people look beautiful and kind on the outside but their blood runs cold, deep and the blackest of black. You will never know what she will do next or to you, once out. Just do not give her the opportunity to build life insurance for any of you.
I don't think she should ever see freedom again but with her next mistake she will pay the price for greed. Money will never bring happiness that one expects and is predisposed for murder.
A message for you Joanne: I interview cold killers and people that I don't see fit to go back into society everyday, however honey, you top the cake. You do not deserve freedom! You are sick! I will say this as a conclusion; I hope you rot and burn in hell Joanne!
My sincere condolences for the Curley family. The true justice will come one day. I know unjustly death of a loved one is most traumatizing, especially this one. I wish you all the best and remember we all that see through Joanne are here to support your family at every step.

From watching american T.V. true life and drama I was in awe of the justice system you seem to have in the U.S. but after watching the documentry on the murder of Robert Curley by his greedy wife Joanne.I always applaud your sentences of 99years plus life etc, so now did a sadistic torturer get away with 10-20 yrs. Have you started importing our own senile judges onto your benches.Good luck to the family in their fight.

This is the laws We as Americans have too face, Commit robbery or theft and get 20-30 years, other like this Joann Curley will probably walk in 12-14 yrs for killing this poor guy in the horrific way She did it! I agree with Rafa who posted back in 2007; the physicians should have isolated himr after there was even the remote possiblity of poisoning; had they done so, Mr. Curley may have not died; I remain shocked and appalled that the police weren't called in and the family, including Joanne was allowed to visit him and bring food and drink. There was such clear negligence on the part of these physicians; they contributed to his death.
