Home exchanges are a fantastic concept, but don't forget that there are plenty of FREE home exchange websites that offer the exact same (or better) value than homeexchange.com etc but without the expensive yearly fees!

A handful of free ones are http://www.YourHomeForMine.com , http://www.Profvac.com , and http://www.PlaceToPlace.com.au .
